I was in Portugal, and we were on vacation, and it was a whole kind of like a body positivity thing.

Well, let's just say we got some commentary on it, [laughs] and it wasn't all positive.

And there was one that really stood out to me, and this is something that, you know, again, I just want anyone who's out there posting, just know it does not matter how many followers, how big your account is, we all get hate.

So I just wanted to give you that encouragement and that reminder that we all get it, and again, why it's so important to actually look in the mirror and like yourself because when you do, it is way easier to deal with the comments.

And, you know, at the beginning, some of these comments probably a few years ago would've been hurtful and upsetting because we talk a lot about women supporting women, and it is one of the hardest things for women to do.

I do not think it's impossible, but you see it come out in these situations.

And I just thought it was an important conversation to have because I usually am pretty careful when I'm going through comments and going through DMs because, again, nobody wants to read the negative.

So I'm usually really pretty careful, but I was going through stories, and I saw it pop up, and basically it was calling me a sellout.

You know, this bikini shot of me, you know, really looking and feeling my best.

I went through menopause during COVID when every single doctor's office was shut, when there was absolutely no help out there, and nobody was really talking about it.

This is, like, maybe when Halle Berry started kinda talking about it, and Naomi Watts came out with, like, a brand, and then Dr. Mary Claire was kinda starting to come out and talk about it.

I was having the horrendous hot flashes, the mood swings, the foggy brain, the hair loss, the hair, you know, prickly, the ski-...

I, little by little, did my own research, tur- you know, started taking vitamins, started watching Dr. Mary Claire and kind of following that.

Again, an, an anti-inflammatory diet and, again, just started doing the research, right? Because when you're young, you think you're invincible.

When you're young, you think, "Oh, my body will never change." You know, my fucking cigarette vodka diet from my, from my 20s doesn't work anymore, unfortunately.
