All right, let's talk about leadership, because you've developed a lot of leaders.

You have, too.

Um, now, what do you see that great leaders do differently?

Hmm.

[laughs] Well, we talked a little bit on it.

We talked about the morning routine.

I think great leaders always have a, a routine, and it has to start with their mindset and with themselves first before they go out into the world and start looking at emails or anything like that.

I think it really sets the tone.

Not only working out, because it's not about just working out.

Yeah.

I think it's about really working out the mind.

Yeah.

When your mind is on point, everything else follows.

You don't have to try that hard.

So I think that that's what really sets leaders, uh, a great leader apart, and people who have systems and a plan.

Here's where I get really upset being a coach.

[laughs]

You tell people to write a simple plan, like a 30 days.

I mean, before, when I first started coaching many years ago, I used to say, "Hey, let's do a one-year plan." People would be, like, running from me, okay? And most people don't have a plan, but great leaders have a plan.

I know you do.

Absolutely.

And you had one many years ago that brought you here, right?

Yeah.

And so I think that having a plan is one of the greatest things that any person who wants to advance or excel needs to do, because that's what a successful leader has, a GPS.
