So just kind of like a quick workshop agenda overall, we've kind of done the first part which is meet each other.

And just kind of talking about what we're gonna be going over today and the subjects that we're gonna hit on.

I'm kind of sharing my homework and what works for me and stuff that I am actively...

You can't see my computer screen and I don't wanna rip them up but, um, if Jen were here she could attest that I'm a Post-It note person.

And so I have Post-It notes and I just added a new one, I'm looking at it the other day, that said, "Do not overcommit." [laughs] 'Cause as we get into October I have the tendency to do a little overcommitting.

So I'm just curious, on a scale of one to 10, and if you're not joining us live you can just kind of think about this in your mind.

When you think, okay, today is October 14th, I'm halfway through the month of October, you know, how overwhelmed are you on a scale of one to 10? One being like easy breezy, cheesy.

I would say right now the reason I put this Post-It note on, on my computer is I was teetering at like a six and I know myself that has the tendency to kind of go over.

Two more yeses and the six turns into an eight which is why I was kind of struggling like this Halloween party.

Do I do it? Do I not? And I think I'm not gonna do it so that I stay at the kind of six and lower, like even five, four category instead of creeping up into the closer to 10 category.
