Huge amount of change over the last 20 years that I've been in a, in a senior role, and a large part of it relates to food allergy.

So allergic disease encompasses eczema, asthma, allergic rhinitis, also food, vaccine allergies.

But often those with s- severe eczema will be in dermatology clinics, those with severe asthma will be in respiratory clinics.

So it's, it's often food allergy that brings people into a pediatric allergy clinic, and so that's really been the focus of my work over the last 20 years.
