And in this episode, we're going to talk about the recent decision by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals here in Cincinnati on a matter involving Michael Washington, the former fire chief, versus the city of Cincinnati and Cheryl Long.
I've done my share of investigations and worked with my share of attorneys who prosecute cases.
So I'm probably not qualified to really get into the nitty-gritty legal issues, but I'm speaking from an investigative perspective and from a management perspective because I think that's what The big issue is that the appellate court dished out to Cincinnati is that they found that the city manager did indeed violate Chief Washington's civil rights by denying him due process on determination.
