And I also happen to have a ministry and a focus and a signature coaching program called the Seekers Method.

But who I am at its core and what keeps me so busy is working with women one-on-one all the time.

And it doesn't matter if you are struggling on your weight loss journey, if you're struggling in your career, if you're struggling in your marriage or how you're showing up as a mom, whatever it is, I work with all the women.

It doesn't matter whether you are a physician, a lawyer, a pastor's wife, because I coach a lot of you as well.

One of the things I hear most often women say to me is how they don't trust themselves.

And you're so convinced that you can't trust yourself because you have this past history where you've proven it repeatedly that you can't be trusted.

You'll make a goal and then before you know it, You're eating something, you're drinking something, you're doing something, you're sitting on the couch watching TV instead of doing the thing, you're biting your lip and not saying something around the corporate table, whatever it is.

I hear them say it about the status of their home or their belief that they can cook or can't cook or about their finances, about their business, right? Like they just can't keep themselves showing up the way they want to show up because now they're an entrepreneur and whatever it is.

And there's something about them where they're just not trusting themselves and the work that they know that they are capable of doing, but they just can't seem to step into that.

Like you're aware of your capacity, you're aware of your capability, but you just can't get yourself to do it.

And part of you is like losing confidence and hope in you ever accomplishing whatever that is, whatever area of your life where you're stuck, because you feel like you just can't trust yourself to do it.
