All right, so I want to tell you a little bit about what I had to do to lose the weight.

The most shocking thing that I share is that I lost all of my weight without working out.

And the way that I lost the weight without killing myself in the gym every single day when I didn't have the time to do it was I completely reprioritized my life.

I stopped seeing that weight loss was just all about the gym, like all of the physical things that I had to work out or had to do.

I had the 10,000 steps, the workout programs that I kept buying and not doing.

The reason I had to reprioritize my life was because I was prioritizing all of the physical things.

When I knew that the thing that was going to help me to lose weight was the were the things that I was avoiding.

And what I was avoiding was I was avoiding all of the emotional and the spiritual things.

You see, back then I kept trying to force weight loss to happen because I thought weight loss could only happen in the physical, right? I knew...

I knew that, you know, this is what I would have to do all these exercises to lose weight.

I thought it was just all physical, but I knew the thing that was keeping me stuck and unable to lose weight was emotional.

I was emotionally eating, right? I kept trying to lose weight with a mind that believed that I wouldn't lose weight.

At that time, I didn't think that Jesus would, or for that matter, could have anything to do with my weight loss.

I thought my weight loss was simply just all about behavior modification, to be honest with you.

I depended perpetually on self-help and inspiration, inspiration from the world, right? And needing to feel like I would need to feel I needed to feel like I would want to work out, like I would want to eat the right things.

I couldn't figure out how to unlock that door and just modify my behavior and just be the person who was constantly motivated and inspired and encouraged and all of those things.

And every time I kept looking for motivation, looking for willpower, I would find all of the little things in the world, the inspiration that would move me ahead a little bit, like I would go forward a little bit.
