I'm so, again, excited to talk with you today about emotional eating because so many women come into my community and they're stuck.

And a lot of times a big dieting history comes with restricting and then also follows up with binging.

And so sometimes dieting alone can create this really healthy environment with food where you're restricting so much you binge and then you feel guilty.

And we're going to get into this with you, but just walking through some of the clients in my own story even, I would binge and I would feel guilty and then I would emotional eat more or I see this as well where women are just struggling.

Maybe they're not drinking alcohol or doing other drugs, but food is their drug of choice, essentially.

So it's sugar, it's ice cream, it's chips, it's whatever they need to really take that edge off.

And so I think this is a conversation we do need to talk about because if we can't get this under control, it is hard to improve metabolic health to reach your goals to sustain them long term.
