It's for you.
If you have done loads of diets in the past, let's take you on a trip down memory lane.
Let's take a trip.
So there's loads, isn't there? There's still the old Weight Watchers and Slimming World and they're still going on.
I still see that.
I literally saw a poster for Weight Watchers, not Weight Watchers, Slimming World this morning.
But whenever people do a diet or they want to try a diet or they do something different, they change their eating, the way of doing things, I always like, I actually think it's really good because people want to feel better.
They try something.
they do something different I always say if you want to get different results you have to do something different and that's what people do when they do try a diet so I actually like really really admire people who do lots of diets and keep going keep showing up for themselves keep wanting something to be different because that's nothing to be ashamed of that's actually something to be really proud of So every time you try the diet, I know it was something part of you was searching for something tangible, something real, something to change.
So if you've ever done, I'm going to list them now.
This is fantastic.
Do you remember that? When it was like, all I remember from the Atkins diet was just fry ups.
It was low carb, but there was no like avocados or cottage cheese.
It was just like eggs and bacon and steak.
That was it.
That was a popular one, wasn't it? I think that was, I think a lot of celebrities were on that.
Do you remember Lighter Life, the meal replacement pouches? Obviously you've got the celebrity Slim Shakes, they were meal replacement too, Slim Fast.
They were massive, they were big in the 80s and the early 90s weren't they as well? They'd been around for ages.
um the special k challenge where you have two meals a special k a day and that was it um the gi diet um and then like we're talking like diet pills as well ali like the um the diet pills that you take that oh it's like laxatives that's it that's it um the blood type diet you know what yeah at least coming back to you um the cambridge diet everybody i talked to has done the cambridge diet at some point um the detox cleanses the green tea extract pills um um anything with activated charcoal in do you see anything with activated charcoal in now do you none of that nothing The Master Cleanse.
That's still doing the rounds, to be fair, but it's not as much.
And I'm guessing you probably said yes because a friend just wanted to share it with you.
Yeah, I know.
They were all, like, really... really popular weren't they like the skinny teas the alkali diet um oh the juice cleanses were always like the juice cleanses massive detox ones um the 5-2 diet where you just you pretty much fasted for two days a week um clean eating um so that's like deliciously ella era um that can go into orthorexia a bit which is a eating disorder but that's kind of where we are um Yeah, can you remember all these? Paleo, that's another one.
