So let's go back to, I can't, I think, I think this all started pre-COVID when I was just, just newly qualified as a PT.
And, yep, I had my degree in sports science, I knew all about muscles, I knew about anatomy, I knew about physiology.
And I was like, right, okay, into this new coaching world.
And a lot of the things I was told was like, oh, just learn from others, absorb everything, be a sponge.
Like, yep, get that.
So one of the things that I did, I went on a eight-week fat loss program with a couple of really, really well-respected coaches in the coaching industry.
And they actually did coach coaches.
So it was kind of like the place to go, really.
Yeah.
So I, and their marketing was very much like, you can eat what you like and still lose weight.
And at that time they did some quite dramatic before and after photos.
And it was very much like, we will get you results.
We will get you results.
I was like, well, I'm going to give it a go.
I think it was something like 125 pounds for eight weeks from what I remember off the top of my head.
So I signed up.
I didn't have a call with anybody or anything like that.
I just signed up to this program.
And then I got emailed through a spreadsheet.
And also a little bit like bump about like what to do and how to do it.
And on the spreadsheet was how many calories I needed to consume.
How many... grams of protein I needed to eat, how many steps I needed to do today, workouts, and also how much I needed to drink, how many liters of water I needed to drink.
And then at the end of the week, there was like a little section, obviously it's little because it was like an Excel spreadsheet.
I had to give my three wins from the week.
And then on Monday, they would come back and fill in another little section and like give me some coaching basically.
