Episode 576 – Are We Behind?

And that's a, well, I, I don't know how to segue from there into, are we behind, you know, I was thinking, are we behind like the shadow and racing to that destination? But we're today, we're kind of dabbling in the idea of AI because it kind of came up in a conversation before we, we get on the air and we, we typically talk about weeks catch up when we haven't, because sometimes we don't talk to each other for the week before, but we start catching up with stuff.

And AI came up a couple of different times.

And I don't, The question was, are we behind? We're boomers in AI.

I know that you said you just started using a paid version of ChatGPT.

We've been using it, but you're using it to do some cool things.

I'm using it to do things I don't understand, just to get basic framework.

But that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Yeah.

I've been using ChatGPT for a long time, but I never wanted to pay for it.

But then I feel like they started... limiting more of how much of the free version you can get.

And so I finally just dove all in.

But then as I'm using it, I start thinking of, man, there's so much I don't know and how much more I could be using it.

And like, yeah, that really stuck.

And then we were talking and it led into even more things like, are we behind? Because, you know, you've seen all the coaching ads and all these newer coaches who are talking about how we are getting it wrong and there's all these new ways to do it.

And I was thinking, I actually, I started thinking about those.

I was like, well, are we getting behind? Like, are we not doing the newest, greatest things that are working?

and I'll piggyback on that for a second because I was messing with price.

Price has a new Terra AI function in there.

You just talk to it like AI.

So hey, give me the top 10 counties in Colorado with lowest days on the market and it pulls it up.

They're working in a beta version and so I'm working with some developers on an AI stack and this is not going to be for sale anywhere.

It's something to help my business and I'll just call it deal box for lack of a better term.

That's what they've codenamed the project.

So I'm trying to type in the price to show them what it's doing, and it's not doing anything.
