So I wanna rewind back to the beginning, uh, of the story and how you started the business, Shindico Realty, 'cause obviously you've built one of Manitoba's largest privately held, uh, real estate companies.
Now, when you started, you, you mentioned previously you had no capital, no major connections, yet you still managed to build this empire.
Would you say it was, like, a combination of timing, talent? Talk to me about that.
