know, I work at the VA Healthcare System and You're right, we're seeing more indications for bispecific antibody therapy.

And that's where we're starting to look at logistics because we have a wide catchment.

So if we have a patient in Seattle, which is where I'm located at the Puget Sound VA, we can bring them in.

We can deliver bispecific antibody therapy inpatient we can do outpatient infusions.

Part of this was developing protocols and order sets for house staff for overnight coverage for nursing.

And that really reduced that barrier to care, which existed for a little bit.

Now, if we have somebody coming from a little bit further distance, that's where we need to consider travel burden.

Do they have ability, personal vehicle or to get in or do they need us to arrange transportation? And in some cases, the VA does cover that.

We'll also often favor inpatient in that setting because currently the VA does not typically cover lodging for bispecific antibody therapy the way they would for bone marrow transplant, for example.
