When we were first talking about this, before we recorded this, I was so impressed and so befuddled because, you know, typically, and I think a lot of people that do PR will say, well, gosh.

all the clients I work with have maybe one to three at the most people in the entire organization that can speak publicly.

So I think the thing that really impresses me about this is how you are able to reign everybody in and to ensure that the messaging is tight.

But that that messaging is tight and that you don't that that there's, you know, unanimity in in that messaging.

How do you how do you ensure that that that to me is one of the most impressive things about this entire discussion?

We have a group of incredibly dedicated spokespersons who genuinely want to represent the profession well.

coach them and train them and making sure that they're prepared to step into those interview situations.

So we invite our board of directors, since they're, you know, our leaders of the organization, the face of the organization, and they're the ones most frequently put in interview situations, as well as the folks who are newer to our spokesperson team.

And then for the veterans on the team who have been through this a number of times, we invite them back every three or four years to do refresher training.
