Because if we don't even notice the stress because it's just another day, then we have no option to change it.

We have to notice when who's the person that calls you? when you're at the office and immediately you feel tense.

Who is the client? Who in your life immediately creates that? And then once we identify that moment, we can do something different.

And really what I want everybody to understand from a physiology perspective, what happens when we have that stress moment is our blood pressure goes up.

What happens in the brain is the amygdala, the reptilian brain, the keep you safe, fight, flight, freeze.

And when that amygdala gets activated, certain things happen out of survival, not out of making you a long-term survivor.
