You know what? I think so many people struggle with perfectionism, and that's why a lot of us are seekers and personal development junkies, is because we're trying to find the book, the answer, the perfect system or solution that will finally make us perfect, and then we'll finally step into the person who is deserving of all the things that we want.
You just have to accept and know who you are and spend a lot of time in compassion.
When you do that, it really helps your nervous system to then feel braver to do those things and to step into that life that you want.
And we spend so much time worrying about what other people are thinking of us, and there is only one life.
Nobody can make you start a podcast or put yourself out." But the good news is that nobody can stop you either.
And I always think of my grandmother, who would have loved to have financial independence, but she lived in a time where there was no mechanism, no technology for her to be able to share her gifts with people.
She was a brilliant seamstress and a brilliant artist, but she lived in a time where that was not possible for her to monetize that.
But we also live in very lucky times, where we can use our talents to help other people, and that's why the tagline for my business is, "Make money, change the world."
Um, yeah, that's what we can do, just bit by bit, person by person, but it starts with our internal compassion and love for ourselves.
