It's maybe not danger, but I've got to get into that state of activation to be able to accomplish it.

And so light and dark is supposed to be the thing that tells our bodies when it's daytime, nighttime and dusk.

When to make hormones and when to digest and when it's time to sleep, it's been thrown off because we don't get into the sunlight, which the sun sets that tone or circadian clock and tells us what to do and when in terms of physiology and basic function.

And it can create this sense of anxiety because your body wants to be hydrated.

And that signals to our body, oh, we're not safe or we're not getting enough oxygen, which is supposed to bring the nutrients and minerals into the cells and into our bodies.

So Denise, one of the things that shows me that we're a person is in that kind of state of stress and always on the go.

And I know it was mentioned also in your, I think your previous one where you're talking about to the psychologist, but it's stressful to stop and do nothing.

Just to sit there and gaze out into the sky for 15 minutes, it makes you feel antsy.
