Every time I hear from someone that throws the concrete jungle line around, come and meet this person up in Pimpama who cannot find a house, cannot afford a rental, is gonna have to leave this city.

What areas do you think could benefit from a slight zoning change here on the Gold Coast? Every

suburb has got the potential to take more dwellings, some of them more than others.

I'd say there is a lot of suburbs, especially in that inland spine, that if we can get the levers correct and recalibrate this planning scheme properly, it would be really advantageous for investors to be looking into.

Unless the data is on the ocean and you can command a lot of millions, units just don't work.

The light rail, what's some timelines and can you give any insight? I'm hoping to be on the very first tram to come into Burley, I think around October.

But then really questioning when we get off at Burley, what happens next? So much time and energy has been spent on that section from Burley to the airport that we've actually lost the bigger city focus.
