That's the date we're currently looking at.

So hoping I get an invite to be behind a few more important politicians than me at the front of that.

I'm really excited But then really questioning when we get off at Burley, what happens next? And it's still a big unknown at this stage.

So while we had the cancellation of light rail stage four, we've got no firm commitment yet of what replaces it instead or what the plan is.

How is that being received in council?

Is there a way that we can work with you from the private sector to the public sector Anyone, doesn't matter who, with your council to actually provide some incredible affordable solutions, which we're doing on a world basis and across Australia, but not here where you're about to hit a million people.

I think you just summarized really well the much broader problem we have that It's easy to talk about dwellings and talk about the high level numbers, but dwellings mean different things to different people.

And most we go to, it's the four bedroom, two bathroom house for mom and dad and two kids.

But that's not a dwelling for the majority of people.

For a single woman over 55, she's not looking for a four bedroom house.

For a student who's just come out of university, might've got their first job.

She's a nurse at Robina Hospital and doesn't necessarily want to rent the same way that we would have shared a house back in the day.
