Why do people get in the flipping? My observation is everyone wants to make money.

So picking the right property, knowing your numbers, but also who's in your network, agents specifically.

Once they know that you're serious and that you're ready to go, they will ring you up with deals because they know it's an easy sell.

They know they can give their client what they want and everyone kind of wins.

And the first like two seconds that someone's walking through your house, they're going to either fall in love or they'll be on to the next one.

I have never been asked in a reno, oh, what brand paint is that on the wall? Do you have to spend the money on something like Dulux or could you get a brand that nobody knows that's still the same quality? I mean, you could spend $150 on one handle.

If you can get the same look or less and you're not sacrificing quality, you need to do that.
