Yeah, for sure.

I think it started because I heard a famous quote, a dollar saved is a dollar made.

And when you're doing flipping, it's actually quite, to be successful at it and to make money, it's actually quite boring, quite systematic.

It's very process oriented.

So I think you need to, oh, I lost my train of thought.
