208 - From Vision to Action with Catherine Cantey

I'm Katherine

Canty and I help business owners and individuals and teams take things from complexity and turn it into clarity and action.

And I wanted to take a moment today or a few moments today and be able to share a recent in-person event that I hosted and facilitated to help individuals take this complex idea, this stuck feeling that they were having and turn it into clarity and more importantly, turn it into action.

And so today, just based off of this session that we had, I had folks, about a half a dozen people come in, a little bit more than that.

And they had a little bit of a homework assignment before to give me background on what exactly they were working on, what exactly they were stuck with and where they wanted to go in the future.

And so based off of what the homework assignments were that came in, I was able to identify themes and more importantly, create a framework And from this framework, we were able to kind of go through this framework, six steps.

So we're going to talk about six steps today in this framework of just going from vision into action.

And we created this framework that was the feedback that they gave me was pretty applicable to everybody around the table.

So I thought, you know, let's use it, let's share it and let's see if we can help anybody else.

So framework for today is to go from vision into action and And again, my name is Katherine Canty.

I've been doing this for 20 plus years in corporate America.

I've started an executive coaching business to work with teams and individuals to create measurable leadership change.

100% of my clients have been able to create that success as defined by people around them of what they see, not what I think or what not what the leader thinks.

but the people around them actually see the leaders growing.

The teams are growing in the direction that they need to, to support the business.

So I've got a lot of different experiences.

I've got a lot of different experiences with building houses and helping people start businesses and scaling businesses.

I'm part of a family business that has grown from nothing to tens of millions of dollars in less than 10 years.

So there's a few things, a few things we've made mistakes on over the years.

There's a few things that we've learned over the years.

And if you feel stuck, like some of these folks did in the room, reach out to me.

just to get unstuck in order to move forward.

And I know that sometimes I get stuck and I can't see the path to get out.
