I mean, we suffer with leadership loneliness when you run an organization and you're doing all the marketing, the sales, the planning.

You're working with a number of large organizations, building proposals, putting quotes together.

However, who do you talk to when you just wanna have a- ... bit of a banter or you just want to understand, well, how would you approach this and what would you do in this circumstance? I, I was suffering with leadership loneliness, I suppose.

And, um, it was nice to be able to connect to a few people locally and be able to get insights from people like yourself and have a regular cadence where I could meet on a quarterly or even a weekly basis if I wanted to come into the office.

So working with small micro businesses, we actually have that same scenario, don't we?

Uh, in many cases, they, they may have one or two employees, but they, they can't really talk to them about what's going on.

Um, and if it's, uh, if they have a husband or wife, they can't always take it home.
