And I've got a lot of clients in the West Midlands through a lot of my business immigration advisory work there.

So really good to catch up with some old clients and find out how things are doing.

Yeah, and we've had a big education drive in Greater Manchester on this and reduced the numbers of referrals to breast pain clinics by just saying to women, actually, if you've got breast pain, the best thing to try in the first instance is non-steroidal gel and a good fitting bra.

And actually, we've just done a video that's available on the Gateway C website showing that with a consultant in the West Midlands who was saying, actually, it's really helpful to when you're trying to explain this to patients, if you lie them on their side, when you examine them, you can actually elicit the pain and show that it's often coming from the rib cage and from the costochondral joints rather than from the breast.

Because if you lie them on the side, when you're pressing there, you can illustrate to them what's going on.

Whereas if they're lying on their back, it's palpating the breast and it does elicit the same pain.

And then we made it up because it was needed and it endured because it worked.

What was true of investment in the noughties in Manchester can be true of public services in South, West Yorkshire, West Midlands and everywhere else.

Just because it lands in one bit of government doesn't mean it has to entirely live in.

What we're going to need with, with, Strategic authorities really under a lot of pressure to deliver.

And if Greater Manchester were to carry on in the path it's on, then some of the discontents of Oldham and Rochdale would definitely be helped by that.

Because Greater Manchester will be doing for Greater Manchester what London has always done for Greater London and the South East.

And if that were to happen in the West Midlands, in West Yorkshire, in South Yorkshire, in Bristol, in the North East, then I think we would be solving a great many of our economic and social ills.

But nor do I think you can ignore the other places.

The cottage was first encountered by any of the Led Zeppelin bandmates in the 50s when Robert Plant went there for family holidays.

He grew up in the black country in the West Midlands, so Mid and North Wales would have been pretty easy holiday destinations for the young Plant family.

It obviously made an impression on him because despite having no running water or electricity, he went back to it over a decade later with his bandmates.
