And I actually, I have a large age gap between me and siblings, but my husband's pretty close.
So we always said, you know, roughly two years, son did good, give or take.
And I actually had... a bit of fear, to be honest, because the age gap in my family wasn't for lack of trying.
There was some fertility issues and I've just seen different friends.
You just never know from one pregnancy to the next.
So I feel like we had kind of said, you know, let's start trying sooner rather than later to give ourselves plenty of time and not feel stressed by it and despite the fear uh we actually ended up getting pregnant right away
gap than we had been hoping for which is fine we wouldn't change anything about it but it did happen immediately so we're very blessed we are thankful i mean We didn't struggle, which is a praise.

Yeah, it's so interesting, too, because I feel like our mom's experience really weighs heavily on, like, the experience that we anticipate.

And I always say that for moms, like, the first – experience that you have to work through is like your own birth like your own mother's experience because I've worked with clients who like are they've had this built-in fear because of the experience that their mom had with them or their other siblings and I always say like we have to get past that.

There has to be healing in that because that's such a deeply ingrained part of your story.

And if you don't want to be carrying that burden with you, then you have to find ways that you can shed that.

And so that's interesting to see that kind of play in your situation where you were anticipating a more challenge with your second conception.

Yeah, only because of your mom's experience, not necessarily because of anything else that you were experiencing, but just because of the experience your mom walked through.
