She happens to be a very successful doctor who has a program now called Built to Run Itself.

It's a virtual training designed to actually help individuals run their businesses successfully.

And it comes from after having had everything changed with her life when her daughter was born, having complications and spending weeks in the NICU, she had this life-altering experience that led her to reduce her practice hours from 40 to 25 hours per week.

And despite the drastic change, the practice exceeded its previous revenue while allowing her to actually be present with her family during this difficult time.

This shift in perspective led her to create this streamlined business model that focuses on strong systems, building a high-performing team, and fostering a magnetic company culture.

She shares these strategies with small business owners to help them free up their time and scale their operations efficiently.

When she's not coaching and mentoring small business owners, Dr. Ruth can be found engrossed in a good book, walking her two dogs, taste-testing new wines, and paddleboarding around lakes in northern Michigan.
