Some arrests have been made.

Some people are going to be held accountable.

And they pled guilty and they pled guilty to what they have done to all those residents at Success Village.

A third person pled guilty to federal fraud charges Monday for embezzling hundreds and millions of dollars.

Hundreds and millions of dollars from the residents of Success Village.

Now you ask yourself, why would they do something like that? Why? Why would they take their money? It's pretty much their condo association fees.

That's what it is.

I should know.

I pay those fees.

Also another complex.

But why would they take it? For themselves.

They wanted to be greedy.

So they agreed, the following people, to pay over $1.5 million.

That's a lot of money.

Coined, as they say, to be paying.

Well, I think his net worth has declined big time.

Because that's what happens when you take other people's money, and honestly, I don't know what you did with it, but you took other people's money.

What made you think you weren't going to get away with it? What made you think people weren't going to say, we're paying all this and you have not done anything? Not a thing.

And now you have to pay back.

Half of the 1.5 million agreed upon after you pled guilty.

Again, why? It's unbelievable.
