When I ask you the word, when you say the word, "I," this is me, where do you point to yourself? And here's the thing, almost nobody points to their head, and almost everybody points to their heart.

So where did you point? Because you, you are not your mind, you are not your brain, but you are your center.

The center is your heart.

The center is your essence, is your vibration.

This is you, and that's exactly what the sun symbol shows us.

The circle, our awareness, and in the center the dot.

That's us, our heart, our essence, however you wanna call it.

The circle is the frame of our human experiences, and Madame Blavan- Blavatsky called, called it the ring of consciousness.

Isn't it a nice saying? The ring of consciousness, the boundary of how far our awareness reaches in this lifetime.

Consciousness itself is everywhere.

It's like air.

It's everywhere.

It's around us.

It's, it's in us.

It's everywhere.

But when we incarnate it, we took on a kind of a, of a veil of forgetting.

So at the end, the result is we see our world, we see what we believe is this ring.

Through this frame, through this ring, however you wanna call it, and the dot in the center, that's you.

That's what you believe about yourself.

Not your thoughts, not your intelligence.
