I'm so curious because I love your mindset on this because I really do think that if you would have heard this news and went through this journey, you know, diagnosis with a different mindset that you would be in a completely different place at this time.

So where do you think like now with all the women that you have worked with and just being in this world that like conventional thinking, I guess about chronic illness or any kind of diagnosis like this can become a limitation for women in itself.

And like, you know, like where can we just be like, okay, like this is, this is my destiny and this is it for me.

And that is what I want to, that is part of what I want to do is like voice to people everywhere that your diagnosis is a part of your story.

right i just want to back up too and like okay these things yes these are big things i was doing i will say that like i'm living with a condition that's like so you know it's kind of next level stuff i have to do however like majority of women that come into my practice we are not going near that deep like if you come to me and you have even like you know i've heard of some ms women and some lupus and mass cell, or even your period pain, your burnout, your stress, your energy, like that kind of stuff.

I'm not asking you to go shut your wifi router off and like, you know, these are next level things I'm doing, but we're doing, we don't always need that much because your body is so powerful.

We start to balance out your food, your lifestyle, moments in your day, and you see big changes.

back to answer your question about like yeah how do we get stuck in these diagnosis you know diagnosis mindsets it's because we hear the thing and we do any research and it's like oh I'm done nope that's it like you know I can't do this can't do that life is over this is going to be my future and that's not the case who gets to determine that it's you your health isn't something that like is an option in my sense.

Like it's basically, if you want to have a successful life, live the life to the fullest, your health is the foundation of that.

And no word, no diagnosis can change that, right? You can acknowledge that your body is dealing with something But I always want you to remember, it doesn't get to dictate what your life looks like.
