Fortunately, my best friend and I from college moved along at the same pace.

And I think that you just have to make time any way that you can.
Maybe meet her where she is.

And you still have a friendship and you're still and you have a lovely past together and you're still interested and you care about this person.
So ultimately, then you care about the life stage that they are in.

Oftentimes it is normal, though, after a number of years, you do move on.
You still can reconnect.
But I just think you're going to do exactly what Emily said.
Meet her where she is.
And if you care enough about the person, you will ask them questions.

And also don't be offended should like, let's say they have a baby and you're not even married yet.
Their time is spent doing different things.
