So the big thing we were waiting for was to get the roughed-in of the courtyard finished.

So the concrete, the trenching, all of that is done now, so we can officially retire that old wrought iron kinda furniture that's been out there for the last 15 or 20 years and get the new furniture out there.

So I would love to get that stuff set up, and that's a big priority for me this week because like you said, you got those Adirondack chairs put out, and within hours we had guests already using them, which speaks to, one, just how nice they are, but also it's an immediate improvement.

You tell me which one you prefer to sit in while you relax and sit by a, a fire pit.

So yeah, I'm, I'm excited to get all of that outdoor furniture in place and ready for grand opening.

So what would it look like for front desk to help assemble some furniture, or what would it look like for our pool guy or maintenance guy to step in and help for a few hours each day to get all of this stuff done? I think it's gonna take a concerted effort to get everything ready for grand opening, and I'm asking for all hands on deck as we approach it.

We've seen the mood boards and the renderings and all that from our designers on what the pool area is gonna look like-

... especially as we unpack the wellness areas and we've expanded the pool deck area.

But two day beds, two cold plunges, a hot tub, a barrel sauna, all this brand new lounge, you know, kinda think article or this sort of stuff.

So my wife, son, and I, right, over Labor Day, we just kinda did a, I don't know, not a staycation.

We didn't stay in our house, but we went up to Napa and Sonoma and kinda toured around, met some friends.
