You're like, I just want to make sure we're in alignment because these things are so important.

What I would say is it would be a good team member.

He was not doing what I needed him to do.

I had a meeting with him.

I've never done this before or since.

I actually had my whole meeting scripted to make sure that there was clarity.

And then I gave him the meeting notes.

I gave him my notes.

I said, here.

This is what we talked about.

But what I didn't do is say, Hey, what do you think? I think you need to do differently.
