This has been a challenging year, right? The economic environment has suddenly changed so dramatically because of the conflicts abroad.

So people are being much wiser or more... scrupulous with the way they spend their money.

So it's become even more important that we focus on what will drive value for patients.

We've managed to really use these rooms quite extensively now, or this floor for patients.

In fact, we've even struck a partnership with the Philippine General Hospital for the breast cancer patients who have been waiting for surgery for over three months.

So now in just the three months, four months that we've signed the contract with them, we're already working on patient number 17.

And now we've just rolled out the other tool that ensures confidentiality as doctors discuss patient conditions and progress with their nurses, with their teams of people working on that.

How could we ensure that the patient who comes in for Sikmura or stomach upset, we get to the root cause? Hindi lang dental, hindi lang bad breath.

So how do we track the improvement of this particular patient? So there are many, many efforts in that particular space.

And I think that's very, very gratifying that doctors are really talking to each other across departments, finding ways to cooperate tighter so that the patient experience becomes so much more seamless and effortless as we go through it.
