Today, we're talking about how to work on shit that you're bad at.
You know, you've got skills that you know you're not good at.
And we want to talk a little bit about why it's important to not ignore those.
But then also, like, what are the fundamentals of trying to get better at something? And so I'm here with Brooke and Jess.
And Brooke, I knew that you were going to take more of a programming approach to this because that's your jam.
And I knew that when you popped in and you were like, well, we're going to talk about tempo.
We're going to talk about not beating a dead horse.
We're going to talk about all that kind of stuff.
I knew you were my girl for that.
And Jess, I think it makes sense that you and I are maybe a little bit more emotionally used to not being good at stuff.
Isn't that fair to

say? Oh, super fair to say, because I self-proclaimed don't do a lot of the programming bit, but I am someone who has sucked at a lot of skills in my day.
