I almost feel like I need to apologize to my followers because I feel like this year, um, has just kind of hit differently.

As you know, Chloe's birthday is in NICU Awareness Month, as is my AFE anniversary.

And I just really did not have the capacity to like go hard this year, go hard this year.

And so I just feel like on one hand, I'm kind of sorry that I'm not honoring it at the same time I'm self-caring.

Even the night before my AFE anniversary, I called a dear friend and was just kind of lamenting and processing with her.

And I was like, you know, I don't even know that I have the capacity to release the episode tomorrow.
actually, it felt really good.
Yeah.
What'd you say? I said, good job knowing that about yourself.
At the same time,

this season because I talked about how perinatal trauma doesn't have a trophy case.
And
