I know this is many, many moons ago for you, but was there or can you recall that one moment when you realized that I'm asking everyone, nobody seems to know the answers, I'm going to have to go and find it myself?

And that is that I was working as a TV presenter and then very much a Taipei personality, burning the candle at both ends, partying, working hard, took a holiday, ended up going to Asia and contracting a virus where I felt fine afterwards, but then I had very severe post-viral symptoms, very similar to what people went through with long COVID.

And when I say very severe, actually, there's probably people watching this who've had way worse symptoms, but I was in bed for a few months and I wasn't able to work.

And I started to get better, but it was a very, very long journey and really life was very different afterwards.

And at that point I started to sort of think, I've been to five neurologists now to talk about these headaches and these weird sort of neurological symptoms that I'm getting.

And none of them can really explain what's going on apart from, oh yeah, sometimes people get this after they've had a virus.

Um, and then when I started sort of experimenting with some things myself, hang on, when I change my shampoo, I feel better.

That was the moment when I started to sort of really get into all of that.

Um, and yeah, Yeah, it was really interesting because I'd already changed in NLP at that point, the mindset skills.

But on their own, they didn't help without appreciating a little bit more about sort of natural health and everything that was going on.

How do you make decisions when you don't have all the information? Like, and I think that's relating to, you know, you don't have, the doctors don't know what to ask and you don't know what to tell them.

And how do you sort of know what information to gather and And how do you make choices when you don't have – when like so much of it is like just question marks all over the page?

And firstly, you know, maybe you need a practitioner who's going to spend more than 15 minutes with you.
