Ryan, we have not done our due diligence on current events lately.

Yeah, about

that.

You're going to make up for it today.

I don't have a lot, but they had the Republican National Convention in Dallas, which why they picked Dallas, I don't know.

I guess it's better than Austin, but probably the second most liberal city, town, major metropolitan area in the state of Texas.

But they had it there.

The problem is there are no cities that are not liberal.

Right.

So where do

you go?

I guess that would

be one.

Yeah.

I'm sure there's a couple others, but, but

anyhow, uh, the big headline out of that was that Trump, uh, made a pledge that if the Republicans keep control of Congress and the Senate, that every adult legal United States American citizen will get a $5,000 check.

Okay, this just came out.

I

have heard nothing about it.

When he gave his keynote speech at the Republican convention, midterm convention, he made this announcement.

And how was that received? Very well.

I don't know anybody that doesn't want a free $5,000.

So like my wife and I will both get $5,000? Your children, they're all over 18.

Well, my problem with this is, and Trump has other ideas, but normally when I'm getting something back, that means maybe I put an extra $10,000 in to get $5,000 back.

he passed it off as how much the economy is thriving and all this other stuff that it will be just like a dividend.
