But then I got the role as the head of department, started to go into different schools.

And it was an odd experience because I'd never really noticed that people were looking at you in a different way, and this was in the height of Gogglebox as well.

And that, again, very similar to me stumbling into education, a seed was planted where I thought, "Okay, I wonder if there's something else here that I could explore." And coinciding with that was the pressures of the job itself.

And w-we'll talk about education and business burnout, and I think that's different for every different person.

It can just be a little bit of a trickle, where you start to reflect on, "I'm missing out on X, Y, and Z." And my daughter was quite young, and I just felt I wasn't as present as I could've been there.

And I started to reflect on that and thought, "Okay, what else is there that I could go out and do?" So handed my notice in, didn't have any intention of what I was gonna do next.

And I remember I went for a little meal with the family, and we were all going through a bit of a tough time d- for different reasons, relationship issues.
