Dreamwork, Hedge Walking & Astral Travel What happens when we close our eyes—and where does the witch go when consciousness begins to wander? In this episode of Between Three Witches, we explore…
No, they're not all the same in, in, in my belief.
They've, they're very similar, and I think that's where if you don't know anything about it and you start researching and looking into it, that's when perhaps, if I may, some people might get a bit maybe confused or bamboozled, because there's a lot of similarity there, I would say.

Briefly then what I view hedge walking or hedge flight, right, is first of all, that term is quite modern.
The idea that our soul travels, I believe, is very ancient.
But with regards to the hedge walking then, it's generally about entering an altered consciousness.
It's essentially passing through that portal, going through the gate of the hedge.

Of course you are.
Yep.
As I step through-
Absolutely
... that magical realm.
So with astral projection, it usually involves a belief that your consciousness literally leaves your body, but your body remains.
Mm-hmm.
Your body's there.
And there's a variety of different beliefs and understandings.
