Yeah, yeah.

So this is I mean, it's a beautiful, it's a beautiful home.

And there's a lot of like little details.

And, you know, as we kind of walk through today, it's just, it's just like a lot of, you know, a lot of intricate details throughout the whole house, which is really cool.

What was like the most challenging part of building here?

Oh, well, I think the four and a half metre high retaining wall under the house, it's a soldier pile or barrier pile wall.

And the section's split into two.

So in the top half, we've got the pool house and the pool.

So we did the build in three consents.

So we had the swimming pool and the pool house and this big retaining wall.

But to keep moving, we had to come up with a way of actually reaching the back while we were building the front.

Right.

So that was probably the first major thing to consider was that.

And

why did you guys do it in three different

consents? Purely for time.

A house like this takes a lot to get the detail together and to get moving.

It was easy for us to sort of come up with the bulk earthworks and landscaping and things or the bulk landscaping plan as well as the pool and the pool house, they were fairly simple on their own.

Yeah.

And so that allowed us to start early rather than waiting for another year or so of design work to happen.

Yeah, I think that's quite smart.

It's quite a smart way just to get the ball rolling, otherwise you'll wait forever to get started.

do do that on a lot of the projects of this size that we do.
