good question um I guess the biggest difference was little changes, very small changes can make a huge impact.

And you don't necessarily know what that change should be unless you understand your numbers and understand your data.

Because you can be working really hard on the wrong things, which Mike likes to say a lot.

But it's until you realize what your specific job to be done is and focusing specifically on the small changes that can have a huge impact on what you are trying to achieve.
And I remember your first kickoff call of kind of figuring out what it is your first move was going to be.
So coming into the community and really taking a deep dive into your KPIs, what was the biggest thing that surprised you once you started looking really deeply into your data?

It surprised me that I had gone a year and a half not knowing what all my KPI numbers were.

To be frank, I was very overwhelmed jumping into a studio that was already up and running.

and fix and standards to set and missions and values and all of those things I had to instill.

So the day to day was running my life, not the, you know, the back end, which at that point, a year and a half later, I finally felt like I could focus on and I didn't want to waste my time.

So that's why I joined GSD, because after listening to some of Mike's podcasts and Instagram.

I probably watched you guys for a few months before I actually reached out.

It's very much understanding your community, your specific modality, your numbers, your goals and then creating solutions and changes from there.
So making those really informed decisions based off of the data and taking a lot of that guesswork out of it.
I vividly remember a meeting with you and where we were kind of going through mind, body and pulling all of these reports and you were like, wait a minute, I had these numbers and I thought it was one thing.
And then actually understanding how I'm tracking these things, what they're telling me totally changed your focus and what it is you were prioritizing for that month specifically.
So tell me a little bit about some of those like aha moments and how you got there.
