They just kind of get stored into the The muscles, the tissues, our liver, that's when you start getting neck pain and back pain and stomach aches and headaches.

You could even say stress, asthma, cancer, all these different types of chronic issues that can start to spring up because we're not venting.

When I don't vent, when I don't release frustration, anger, grief, it doesn't disappear.

It just circulates internally, leaks out sideways with sarcasm and quote-unquote witty remarks or just kind of shut down.
