Maybe like 20 different opinions on how you should be doing your RDL, things like that.
But yet with all of that, you still f- feel stuck, and it's not because you don't know enough.
That's the biggest thing that I keep running into with a lot of the people that I am working with right now is you feel stuck, but you've told yourself that it's a knowledge gap, that it's because you don't know enough.
I think it's like one of the biggest lies that I'm seeing in the fitness industry right now, um, especially on social media.
A lot of the time if you are struggling, you just feel like you need more information.
And as a fitness profe- professional, I don't know if you would call me like an influencer.
But like as a fitness coach and like online coach, what I see a lot is just the constant overwhelm from too many inputs, like too much information, too many different opinions.
And I just don't think that the narrative on social media of like, you just need more discipline, you need more education, more motivation, like I just don't think that that's true anymore.
I actually think that a lot of people are drowning in information, and they're actually seeking clarity.
