Can you earn an IFBB Fit Model Pro Card naturally? Yes. But the better question is: are you willing to wait long enough? In this episode, I’m talking about what it actually takes to build a…

So fit model as a division, and I think I've addressed this in previous podcasts, but just for the record, I I think when it first came out, I didn't understand the point of it.

So I think it was only natural that a lot of people were like, well, what's the point of fit model? But I think from what I've seen over the last year and a half where the division has come out and it started to evolve and make its foothold in the industry, I think that It's a great division that will allow people who don't have as much muscle to still compete.

Because at the end of the day, fit model does not require as much muscle as bikini or wellness or figure.

And I think that when it comes to discussing PEDs at any point in time, you have to consider the division.

all of those things do matter and it's the foundation and the basics that need to come first instead of looking at well how can i get there faster because that's really what peds do is they will allow you to recover better build muscle better i mean obviously depending on the ped and we'll just put peptides in that category as well depending on what it is it will help you get the 1% better, maybe a little bit faster.

But I think that the better question, and when I got asked this, it was like, well, yeah, I think that you can turn pro naturally and fit model, but there's a lot more context to it.

It's not just like, oh yeah, this division is going to be for all the natural women.

Because I've already seen and I already know women who used to compete in bikini, women who were aiming for wellness, who are now competing in fit model, and they're not natural at all.

And like even myself, I've considered just looking at how quickly the bikini division has evolved.

If you were to look at my stage shots from 2021, where I turned pro to 2024, when I competed as a pro, in those three years alone, the division evolved so rapidly.

Like if you put that physique on a national stage, I don't think I have enough muscle to hold my own in the bikini division.

Like the division is evolving and, and there's more muscle that these girls are putting on.

Like I have not put in the time and the effort that I put in before I went pro, right? Now that I am a pro, like I can admit, I can be straight up with y'all.

Like I have not lived the dedicated lifestyle that is required to be a really good bikini pro and to have the muscle mass necessary.
