So as you guys know, I've been dealing with a lot of women for a lot of years, years and years and years and years of thousands and thousands of women as a makeup artist, doing their makeup, as an esthetician, doing their facials.

So I am just always trying to just shine light on these subjects because I think they're disempowering for women and I just want more for you.

So I hope it doesn't sound like I'm just ranting and being negative because I'm doing the opposite.

I just want you guys to notice and think about where you may do some of these things and you're subtly like kind of hurting yourself with it in my opinion.

So Have you ever walked away from a conversation feeling drained, older, which we don't want, discouraged, maybe insecure, even though like nothing obviously happened because It's not maybe that somebody was mean.

So today I want to just talk about the subtle conversations that we participate in every day and the words that you're unknowingly coming into agreement with.

starting with the first one, which is always my biggest trigger because I've heard it the most.

And I talk about the fact that since I was 19, I've been listening to women speak negatively about aging.

And i've just heard women say like just you wait and you know with few exceptions every woman that sits in my chair immediately says something negative about aging so i'm always overcoming that and i get it you know nobody wants wrinkles our society has just put so much pressure on women to be perfect and you know, it's like a sin to get older and it's not true.

And I just always try to inspire women to just like have the right moisturizer, things that, you know, you can look glowing and healthy and hydrated.

It's about just having the right products so that like your makeup isn't making you look older.

I had somebody say to me the other day, they were bringing me somebody to do their makeup and wanted me to be the one to tell them this person needed a rhinoplasty.
