Adjusting Your Approach To Fit Your Horse

The better we become at reading the horse in front of us, the better we can apply what we know to help that horse succeed. In this episode, I'm sharing examples from some of the rope horses in our program and breaking down how I adjust my approach to scoring, rate, stopping, turning, and preparing horses for different disciplines and competition situations. I also talk about the importance of release points, learning through trial and error, and having enough humility to recognize when we need to make an adjustment ourselves.
