And I want to check in with one thing on you because we were talking about that before we came on the air.
You know, Hal and I were both in agreement that Bryson gets a two-stroker for improving his swing or stance at the Open Championship.
Yeah, as we discussed off-air, I think, unfortunately, Bryson has created – enemies and he's created either love him or hate him he's pretty polarizing so i think he might not have got the benefit of the doubt on that one um i can see it from both ways if you're a black and white guy he improved his lie no question about it i don't think there's any disputing that you can see when he's picking up his feet that he does trample down grass that probably was in his backswing or may have may or may not have affected it And as we were talking about offline as well, most good golfers, if not all professional golfers, do approach their shot from behind when they hit it.
And if you do stand behind it and trounce around, you're probably going to create a situation where the lie has been modified.
And obviously, in the opinion of the rules officials, that helped his golf shot.
