And then we're gonna send out to other industries, specifically, um, small businesses, medium-sized, and large, 'cause you don't discriminate.
about?So one of the things we're gonna talk about when it comes to leadership is one of the topics is leadership in motion.
You have to be in a position to understand that you just can't be in your office thinking, "I wanna do this, I would like to do that," and kind of put that vision out there for somebody else to figure out for you what that is.
As a leader, it is your job to communicate clearly to those on whom you depend to get things done what it is that you need, what the expectations are, whatever they are, to help you get there, but at the same time to empower them to be successful.
So it's, you know, it's just simply telling someone what to do, what not to do, and trying to figure out along the way what is that you're looking for.
Leadership in motion requires you to understand where we're going, how we're going, and with whom you're going when it comes to moving forward towards that, again, the accomplishment of success.
We're also talking about, like, the five W's, which is a nice set way, the five W's of leadership.
