Your Life Will Stay Busy
Your plan must survive real life too

I am really excited about today's episode because I feel like this is a very common theme that I keep hearing, especially as we're getting towards the end of the year, which by the way, if you didn't know, at the time of me recording this episode, we were about 16 weeks away from the end of the year.

And whether or not you have achieved some of your bigger goals or whether or not you are feeling a little bit stuck and not really sure what to do from here or feeling a little unmotivated because you haven't reached your goals, I'm really hoping this episode helps kind of guide you in the right direction of where to go next and what you should be focusing on specifically around how you can start to see results in the next 12 weeks, how you can get more lean and defined, lose body fat and build more muscle mass and what that needs to look like by auditing some of your current plan and looking at some of the alignment gaps.

And this is specifically for the woman who I talk to on a daily basis, who is looking to lose 5 to 15 pounds before the end of the year, get more lean, defined, and shredded, and who has spent a lot of this year maybe doing the right things in terms of eating healthy, working out consistently, focusing on her step goals, and has all the right information, knows about fitness, knows what to do with fitness, but maybe isn't implementing it in the right way, isn't able to stay consistent, or just falling on and off track where you see a and then you have a hard time maintaining them, or you're just not seeing the results that you think you should based on the effort that you're putting in.

I put up a poll the other day on Instagram because I really wanted to know how many of you were in a different season of life, because I think this is such a crucial part of understanding what you need to focus on and how you're going to tweak a few things.

For one, if you're a mom or you're post-baby, I think your routine has to look very different because now we're talking about quicker workouts.

We have less time on our hands to be selfish with our time, specifically around fitness and nutrition.

We don't have a lot of time to do a lot of things in between because that's not necessarily our first priority.

Even though taking care of yourself is going to make you show up as a better version of yourself, sometimes it's hard and it's the thing that falls to the wayside.

So what do you need to do in order to kind of adjust things, especially if you're in that season of life? Alternatively, the other high area that I saw on the poll of kind of like where you're at in your journey of life is just being a high functioning or high achieving woman.

And you're either trying to reach specific career goals, you're growing in your careers, your 30s look much different than maybe your 20s did.

and you feel like you are trying to still reach bigger goals and still find a way to be shredded and lean, but you don't have the same time you did in your 20s, you maybe don't feel like you have the same metabolism as you did in your 20s, and your life's just a little bit different, and it's hard to fit these things in.

So my entire goal for you is to kind of understand how you can focus on the next 12 weeks, but By focusing on the right things and not necessarily adding more to your schedule or working smarter on the right things that are actually going to make an impact and help you see better results.

I don't want you to feel like you have to go to the gym for two to three hours or the time that you were able to in your 20s where you were able to go to the gym longer.

You had more energy that you were able to sustain, but you were also able to lift heavier.

And it's so much harder to fit that routine into your 30s or even just post-baby or as you're growing your career.

But it doesn't mean that it has to be fitness nutrition or it doesn't mean it has to be all or nothing, meaning that you can't have fitness and nutrition blended into your lifestyle.

It just means you have to make a few tweaks and that you're focused on the right thing.

So I really want to walk through that today and give you a structure of what I would focus on specifically the next 12 weeks, especially if you spent the entire year working towards this goal, maybe haven't achieved it, and what those tweaks actually need to look like specifically.
