You know, they should have probably just said, look, go with what you're happy with rather than it's not a deal if it's not money in, money
Yeah, I think that's one of the negatives that people do come out of courses with is the sort of analysis paralysis and everything's very black and white.
What is your, just interestingly, Aidan, because I didn't realize you'd done that, but...
What is your view on property education and that sort of industry now having been through it and then come out the other end as a successful investor? Because I guess my view is if you spend 30 grand on something, it's a hell of a lot of money.
But if you if you're the type of person like you that took the action Now, if I look at your journey now, that £30,000, you know, it's still a lot of money, but you've got a lot of value out of it as well.
I see a lot of people that go through these courses and then don't put it into action, don't have that desire like you've said.
Then, of course, like a gym membership, if you pay for it every month and you're not going, there's no value.

Obviously, I do think there is some poor quality trainers and educators out there.

But I also do think there's some poor quality buyers of education out there as well who don't do the work.

People, if you are looking to get into it, understand who you're actually going into this with.

Are they credible? Do you know people? There's amazing networks out there right now for really cheap.

But I'll be honest with you, I don't think that level of investment back then would have got me through.

So if I'm paying for something like that, I'm going to make sure I make the most out of it.
